¿Qué significan los estados de tramitación?

Al consultar el estado de tu solicitud, es posible que veas diferentes términos. Aquí te explicamos qué significa cada uno:

In process:
You are in the evaluation process.
Unpaid:
Your request has been evaluated, but payment has not been approved yet.
Resolution:
Your request has been approved and the bonus has been granted.

Si te encuentras con que tu solicitud está en estado “no pagada”, no te preocupes. Esto podría deberse a varias razones:

"Resolved" status — what does it mean?

Great news! If your request has been marked as “Resolved”, it means your voucher has been granted.

In this phase, you will need to sign the agreement to enjoy the Digital Kit benefits and start implementing the digital improvements you have planned for your business.

Remember that from the time the kit is granted, you have 6 months to sign the agreement with your digital agent, in this case IMK.
